Really Dumb Art Idea

So I've had this really silly idea for an art piece involving 6 characters:
The Raven from Fortnite sitting in a Throne with his head on his hand like he's bored
Rias Gremory from High School DxD standing behind the throne and kind of leaning forward against it
Stella Vermillion from Chivalry of a Failed Knight sitting on one arm of the throne
Mika Ackerman standing in front of the throne with her blades out (but no ODM Gear)
Ashe from Overwatch also standing in front of the throne with her gun in hand but with it pointed at the ground
Lilith from Borderlands (in her BL2 look) kneeling in front of the throne with the Moxxi's Good Touch gun in her hands
That being said, I have no idea who I could possibly get to try and draw something like this for under $200 (or slightly over depending)
The joys of having crazy ideas in my head lol
If anyone is out there and finds this idea interesting and willing to take a crack at it, let me know.
